Australian Country Music
Broadcasters Hall of Fame

The Broadcasters Hall of Fame was inaugurated by the Australian Country Music Foundation in 1997 to recognise signifcant contributions to Australian country music by broadcasters. In 2022, responsibility for determining and announcing inductees passed to the Australian Country Music People's Choice Awards following the takeover by Tamworth Regional Council of the broader Australian Country Music Hall of Fame. The People's Choice Awards has been recognising Australian country music broadcasters, radio stations and programs for almost 20 years at the time so adding the Hall of Fame to this event is a good fit.
